We have had to move our Rogue Exercise Class Membership online to do our part to prevent the spread of the Corona Virus and to keep ourselves and community healthy! Hopefully we will be back together soon!

Here is the plan!

  1. Live PWR! Moves class through zoom Monday - Saturday 9:00am PDT https://zoom.us/j/720323466

  2. Live Circuit class through zoom Monday - Saturday 10:15am PDT https://zoom.us/j/720323466

  3. Recorded videos of PWR! Moves, Circuit and Strength classes on YouTube! Playlist is “2020 Exercise Class Videos”.

  4. A Daily Meditation from Insight Timer!

  5. Other videos on fine motor activities, speech, cognition! We are working on the details!

  6. With regards to speech practice, I’ll leave it to the experts! The Parkinson Voice Project is doing live Speak OUT! exercises Monday - Friday at 8:00am PDT. Tune into their facebook page to participate! If you can’t make the live sessions, they have some recorded videos for daily practice!

  7. Schedule a 30 minute 1:1 consult with Claire or Steph!
